Basically the gist of this little article is that people can pre-pay for their coffee much like an e-toll account. This may seem like a grande idea to the odd business person who doesn't have 10 seconds to hand over cash or doesn't feel like being pleasant to a barista early in the morning; but in my opinion, where is the human contact and classic atmosphere of buying a coffee? My old modern history teacher posted on facebook the other day "there is a great pleasure in being able to sit down for ten minutes and enjoy a cup of coffee" and I agree completely. It doesn't take long to pay for a coffee; technology truly is changing our lives rapidly.
